    في عام 1985 تم تأسيس مطعم أكدنيز في أكسراي , اسطنبول وذلك من طرف محمد دفجي , وفي عام 2007 بدأت بتقديم خدماتها في مكانها الجديد بعنوان سفرة أكدنيز هاتاي والتي جمعت ما بين العادات والتقنيات واللذات العائدة لهاتاي والتي ليس بالامكان نسيانها , هاتاي هذه المنطقة التي جمعت ما بين العديد من الديانات والثقافات . كما أننا نعطي أهمية بتطوير منظورنا بإدخال ماركة بقال أنطاكية الى هذا العمل في مسيرتنا وذلك بمفهوم الضيافة الموجودة في انطاكيا مع سياسة خدمة الجودة والتعقيم المستمر .

    تقوم سفرة أكدنيز هاتاي بتأمين كل منتجاتها وبهاراتها من هاتاي من حدائقها بالرخصة الصادرة من وزارة الزراعة وأعمال الريف وتقوم بالمحافظة عليها ضمن شروط طبيعية . باستطاعتكم رؤية المنتجات التي تريدونها في منصة بقالية أنطاكيا , كما بامكانكم التدقيق بها واختبارها وشرائها . أما بالنسبة للحوم سفرة أكدنيز هاتاي : يتم تربيتها ضمن شروط طبيعية كما انها تكون عملية التضحية ضمن الشروط الاسلامية وتأمينها يكون من باليك أسير ومن تشناك كالة تحت رعاية وأنظار الاطباء البيطريين .
